This annual event is designed to help our Clubs increase and retain membership, maximize giving to our Rotary Foundation and learn how to obtain Foundation funds for Matching Grant and District Simplified Grant projects – all of which are critical to Rotary’s mission both at home and around our world.

District Rotary Foundation Chairs Tara Craaybeek and Gary Vaughan, and Membership Chairs Teddy Damron and Steve Heiser, plus their committees have put together a great program to help every Club maximize its effectiveness in these two very important areas.

Who should attend? You!  And all Club Presidents-elect, Membership Chairs, Foundation Chairs, Board members, officers, and anyone who wants to know more about Rotary. The program is especially valuable for new members.

Last year, several clubs encouraged new members to attend and those who did became active members.  Several even became Paul Harris Fellows!

Because these issues are of critical importance to all Rotary Clubs, we want every Club in the District to be represented!

Please take a moment to recruit people to attend, then complete the attached registration form and send it in to Brent.  It’s a great opportunity to not only build your Club but also to enjoy fellowship with old and new Rotary friends.

Make checks payable to: Rotary District 6690
