Key Contacts: Your Assistant Governor

Information:   Clubs are asked to complete the questionnaire to test their activities in all four Avenues of Service. Each of the four categories offers a possible 50 points. Clubs that score at least 25 points in each category will qualify for the 2010-11 Presidential Citation. Clubs that score at least 35 points in each category will qualify for the 2010-11 Presidential Citation with Distinction.   The four areas of the questionnaire: CLUB SERVICE VOCATIONAL SERVICE COMMUNITY SERVICE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE

Upcoming Dates:   Send completed form to your Assistant Governor by March 15, 2011 who will then forward it to the Governor. AG send to District Governor by March 31, 2011. Governor to send to RI no later than April 15, 2011.
